Went down get a couple of senior passes for the center. Very nice lady at front desk. When was leaving though said looking forward to hot tub for my torn ACL said "tubs hasn't been operating for past month. Disapointed😏
We took our boys swimming here one afternoon while camping to beat the heat. The facility has a wading pool and lazy river and is quite nice. The change rooms were clean and we felt we received good overall value for our money. The staff were generally polite, however the life guards were quite direct when communicating facility usage rules and regulations that weren't directly related to pool safety. I wasn't really bothered by this, but I could understand where it could lead to conflict (potentially) with others.
It was our first trip to Kimberley's aquatic center. It was very fun the lazy river is a cool feature (my daughtes favorite part). The hot tub is rather spacious so you're not crowded with a lot of people at least the time we were there.
A great pool for those with young children as there is a nice big shallow area. There are lots of toys provided in the kiddie pool, a small slide and the water/air is so much warmer than the Cranbrook pool. We never feel cold when we come to the Kimberley Aquatic Centre.
It's very fun and I love going with my friends. The deep pool and diving board are both super fun. It is very clean and overall would go again multiple times in fact!! The only problem is the hours are confusing.
