I will not "discredit" Julie Gamache on her grooming capabilities. She does a professional job. I will "discredit" her on her customer service. I had an appointment booked for today at 5:30 pm. Realizing that I would not be able to get there for 5:30 pm due to an extended business call, I advised her of this. She text me back saying that 5:40 would work but did ask if this would allow enough time to groom my dog. Well as things worked out I couldn't even make 5:40. At 5:48 pm she sent me a text saying Sorry its way to late. Maybe to late for the bigger groom job but certainly not to late for a quick nail clipping. This to me was paramount as his nails are way to long now. A quick nail clipping would have done the job for today but she came back with a firm "I said 5:40" then a second one "its to late".. Just no customer service here at all. I had to drive 25 minutes to get to Kimberley. I have used this groomer in the past and definitely expressed appreciation for how my dog was returned back to me each time. I find this unfortunate as she has lost a customer but more importantly a referral to others who might be looking for a good groomer.

I have always been pleased with the services offered by Ciao Bella. I trust Julie with my Risa!
