bought a pack of their maple breakfast sausage from centex on my way out of town because i needed something frozen to toss into my cooler (ha!). turns out this is the best breakfast sausage i've ever had and i'm under orders to source more next i'm in town. looking forward to stopping in and trying more of what you have to offer!

Bought some beautiful eggs and the most delicious bacon I have had since moving away from Montréal some years back. Highly recommend.

Had the smoked brisket with some trepidation but boy were we wrong to be worried! It delivered a huge flavour. Really excellent product. We have got some lamb shank for tomorrow which we will be slow cooking in red wine so really looking forward to that too.
Sadly we are from the Uk so won’t be able to shop here again until next year but this is a great place to buy meat if you are local or visiting.

Fantastic edition to Marysville, a top notch and super unique butcher shop. Asked when we were shopping over the Xmas holidays if the ham was tasty and was told by the owner it would likely be the best ham we had eaten in our lives.
Bold statement.
And he was correct, it was indeed likely the best ham we have ever eaten!
Great place run by great people who deserve to be supported by the local community.
