Excellent service. My computer was looked at, diagnosed and back to me within a few days! Highly recommend this business for all your computer needs
My one stop shop for all my personal and professional computer hardware needs - Dave was also instrumental in recovering a whackload of data off a corrupted portable hardrive. Thanks man!
I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Honest, fast, fair pricing. Incredible service. Before throwing your old computer/laptop in the landfill.......... talk to Dave.
As the reviews say, Dave is the man! He was super helpful with fixing some electronic issues that we had. Great customer service and a great personality!
His hours are different than what Google says, so give him a call because he will likely be open!
Finally! An honest solution to your computer and laptop problems. No speaking out of the side of their mouths here. They tell it like it is.
I had an older Laptop that was in need of some TLC. After searching around Ottawa for a place I felt comfortable with, I decided there just isn't one. My reasons were that I was getting vastly contrasting stories from different vendors.
I came across this business via Facebook (of all places) and gave them a call. The gentleman was really friendly and knowledgeable about my Toshiba Laptop and suggested I send it to them for diagnosis and possible fixes.
I was very hesitant to ship my Laptop across the country but took a shot anyway. Was I ever glad I did. I was given an honest appraisal of what needed to be done, which included a little bit of this and that from the other vendors, and not what most said. That leads me to believe that the others were just out to make money where repairs etc weren't really needed. Very common in this business as they tend to treat you like plebes and try to take advantage of you. This is especially true of the big box stores, but that's a whole other review!
I will now willingly let my laptops travel to British Columbia when they need attention, knowing full well it is in good hands.
