What a beautiful turquoise water. It is amazing to watch the fast flowing clear stream and listen to the sound of the water. It is fun to explore Marble canyon, and there is a good opportunity for video creating and recording such a fascinating running water, which can create a variety of nature sounds.
Absolutely gorgeous! Hike all the way to the back and you will find a beautiful waterfall and a set of red chairs. I couldn’t believe people were turning around early. They missed the best views!
This is my favorite short hike in the region.
This hike has a decent parking lot and restrooms at the trailhead.
It is an out and back trail with a distance of about 1 mile depending on how you walk it (there are multiple bridges and you can go several ways). Elevation gain was very minimal and it made for a very easy hike.
The hike starts off next to the Kootenay river and then quickly gains a little elevation so that you're now above the river and hiking on the top of the narrow marble canyon. Along the way there are multiple bridges to cross and some really amazing views. The trail has educational signs as well and terminates at a nice little waterfall. Be aware that it gets misty so the ground can be wet in some areas even on a sunny day.
Beautiful place. A short hike (not super hard) leads to gorgeous falls. There are few bridges that offer great views of canyon.
This trail is dog friendly. Flush washroom facilities are available. Few parkings available.
This is a nice short hike through amazing scenery. The parking lot is not too big but we were able to find a spot at 10am on a Sunday. There are washrooms at the trailhead.
The hike is very easy and offers incredible views.
