My family absolutely loved our time at the fish hatchery. The turtles were charming and the fishing was very fun. A lovely spot.
We held my sons birthday party at the hatchery!
The staff were so very welcoming, hands on , patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience so memorable.
A definite recommendation!
We held my nephews 5th birthday party here, we would highly recommend it to others! The staff was amazing, we had David and Isabelle with us for the day and they were incredibly patient with the kids and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond our expectations for the party!
This place is awesome!! Bring quarters to feed the fish. There was a free trout pond with rods and tackle provided. Perfect spot for kids
This place is excellent. Every time we have showed up the interpretive center has been closed but the trout pond out front has kept the kids engaged for the better part of an hour. Be sure to bring quarters for the fish feed vending machine.
There is a trout pond in the back stocked with Rainbows where an overly friendly man will mansplain how to cast a spinning rod. It's for kids but if it isn't busy you can practice casting a fly rod with the chance of actually getting bites.
