“The front door to our business shattered due to the wind. We called the 2 local (Mission B.C) Glass companies One said they didn't stock the glass and we would need to wait at least a week, The other long standing company in Mission said they had the glass in stock but would not do the work today as it was too cold and windy!!!! They told us to tape plastic over the door and call them when the weather changed!!!! We called Abbotsford glass and all they required from us was to give them 2 simple measurements so they could check stock. Two very polite service techs were at the Business within an hour and completed the job in less than an hour !!!!! Such excellent service needs to be complimented especially when it is very cold and windy outside !!!! Abbotsford Glass recognized our obvious need for immediate service and did not gouge us!!!
