Fishtrap Creek Park

Nice way to connect with nature. In hot sunny day you have cool breeze

Wonderful park beside a wide creek filled with lillypads and aqua plants, ducks, geese, frogs and I'll bet there are turtles too

It's a beautiful and a big park. The water has algae as there is no flow. But the trail is beautiful.

The Discovery Trail goes all around West Abbotsford. There are many side paths winding through the trees that are every bit as well kept as the main. There's plenty of birds and wildlife and a large sign on the north side of the water that indicates many of the different species that call this park home.
Although today was rainy, it just seemed to add to the ethereal beauty of the area.

A beautiful, accessible oasis of nature in the middle of a suburban neighbourhood - about a 2.5km level loop on paved paths.
