“The Discovery Trail goes all around West Abbotsford. There are many side paths winding through the trees that are every bit as well kept as the main. There's plenty of birds and wildlife and a large sign on the north side of the water that indicates many of the different species that call this park home. Although today was rainy, it just seemed to add to the ethereal beauty of the area.”

“My goodness this is a great place to walk your dogs ride your bike and take your horse. This park has everything and the views are spectacular. The trails are moderate and the signs are easy to follow and the dog park is really well organized big dogs in on side and small dogs on the other. Respect is what I see here. You are hiker you yield to horses your riding a horse you have the right of way. Your a biker you yield to horses and hikers. Everyone here knows the rules and everyone respectful. Very impressed. There is a duck pond and rolling hills lots of benches and picnic areas. Enjoy bring in and take it with you when you leave. Garbage cans are accessible Bring your happy face and leash your dog and pick up after as well as have fun and bring your camera..”

“Great selection of blue berry wines. Definitely recommend their blue berry wine products. But be sure to check the wines u r purchasing before leaving the winery. Last time we went there to purchase wines and we ended up with 4 bottles of wrong wines. Update: owner was very responsive to the issue. I really appreciated Angela getting back to me promptly!”

“I came here for the first time during the Perseids meteor shower in mid-August 2018. Even though it was a smokey day, this place got really dark, light pollution blocked by hills and mountain on either side. There were quite a few people that came out to see the stars, and it was a perfect place to stargaze. Not too far from Metro Vancouver as well. Not sure how this place is during daytime, but definitely a good spot for stargazing!”

“The dogs are better mannered then some of the humans. What's the point with picking up after you dog then flinging the sh!tbag into the bushes or hanging from the trees? Might as well leave it where it lays and it would compost quicker. Ignorant humans. Otherwise it's a nice trail to take your dog for a walk.”

“The trail is great for hiking and running. I really enjoy running it to see the viewpoint at the top. But the trail is steep and can be dusty or muddy depending on the weather. It makes for an excellent challenge.”
