The person taking the order -Veda was lovely and super friendly. Made my day. Helped me order a keto drink which turned out yummy.

The drinks were fine but the service has gone down in terms of human interaction, I get that some people are just not as friendly and not talkative, but as a person in customer service there should be a level of adaptability in how you interact with your customers depending on their mood, there was a flat level of interaction, not really the friendliest people, and it was not busy. I get it if its busy..but it was dead. If i wanted to go to basic customer service I would go to Tim Hortons. The sense of community seems to have left the building there.

I am well known for my tastes and the staff screens their current offerings. They can accommodate what my GI tract cannot tolerate. So a pour over is the solution. Delivered in a Venti mug with two shots. Great till the last drop!

This is my favourite Starbucks. Service is fast, efficient and friendly. London Drugs is directly opposite in the shopping centre, and there is a tonne of seating. There are even a couple of cars for the kids to play on while you enjoy your drink.
