(December 1, 2018, 5:13 pm)One staff member who always seems to be working can never make my drink as the others do. Last time i ordered, it literally tasted like a very weak filter coffee with a splash of milk and I had ordered a vanilla latte.. (yes I picked up my drink) normally they are good and vary slightly from store to store but this one was just awful.. I ended up returning it and even though I couldn’t taste the syrup at all the second time, it atleast tasted more like a latte.
