Was in search of a new vacuum for the family home. We went to Valley Vacuum because our neighbour had bought a Miele from them. We walked into the store and were greeted by a little white Dog who was amazing. He was polite said hi and went back to his little bed ! Very well behaved Mascot ! Gord who I found out is the owner asked all the right questions. Asked how big our house was and from there asked how much carpet we have and narrowed us down to the right model. It’s now been 5 months since the purchase and we are ecstatic with how well the Miele is. I would recommend anyone who wants to find the right vacuum for the right job to head over to Valley Vacuum and see Gord and Bubba. Amazing Small business!

These guys are great! I took my vacuum hose in to have a switch replaced. A shop in Chilliwack told me it would take a week to get the part and I would have to leave the hose with them for a few days.
These guys at Valley fixed it right on the spot. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Superb service, and friendly people to deal with. Look no further for vacuum repairs.
