We have been going to Lordco for many years and it has been good all along We were treated to extra good service by Harald Jahn at Abbotsford BC store He was very polite and helpfull and I will look for him in future Thanks Harald and Lordco

Carl is always very helpful and knowledgable. Smaller lordco but usually has what you need.

NICK R... this young provided me with such an exemplary excellent customer service experience that if I could give him 10 stars I would! He went above and beyond my expectations to resolve a part mishap and exchange.. he had my part ready to go and on the counter as I approached the service area without even having to ask my name 2 days after we spoke on the phone! (I'm not a regular customer) His coworkers could take a page out of this young man's book on paying attention to detail and 100% customer service satisfaction ..

Great service and friendly knowledgable staff. Their prices are very reasonable compared to Canadian tire for auto parts. I was able to return an unused items still in the box with the receipt several months later, no questions asked. Will definitely keep going back.

Always seem to have what you want, loyal customers are rewarded.
