The absolute best customer service that I have ever seen in retail service. I broke my glasses during the lockdown. The work they did for me to get new glasses at a price that there was no way they made profit. Their only concern was getting me my glasses and then to top it off, they were delivered to me Fed Ex. They never asked me to pay. Ask for Karen she went way beyond the line of customer service, I can not thank you enough.

I purchased a pair of Oakley prescription sunglasses. They came in with a slight imperfection. Karen and the crew have been great to deal with in correcting the issue. Thanks guys. Very professional.

All of my family use Vision Optical for all of our optometry needs. We have had very good experiences all around. My 9 year old had his eyes tested for the first time this summer, and I was very impressed with the way Dr. Chan interacted with him. She was also very good at explaining things to me after. I really enjoy our visits here.
