Everyone was friendly and informative. David has called me each week during the demo to discuss my progress, and was helpful in filling out my insurance paperwork. I have not yet received my new CPAP, but I am confident the great service will continue when I do.
MedPro Respiratory was fantastic to work with! They led me through all the paperwork that comes with insurance claims, and called me many times to check and ensure the equipment was functioning properly. At times, my work schedule was very hectic, and they were always able to fit me in at a moments notice without a booked appointment. Whenever you call, you speak directly to a live person, who is the sweetest lady, who directs your call to whoever you need to speak with. There is no automated call management system, which leaves you as a client feeling very cared for. Personable would be how I would describe their service. Go here for CPAP care, I highly recommend it.
My experience with this company was nothing but professional. They were able to explain to me how the equipment works and taught me everything I needed to know about the maintenance as well. The business transaction occurred exactly as described by the staff. Once the money was paid to me by the insurance company, I paid MedPro the next day. I was so happy that I didn't have to pay out of pocket for my CPAP machine and then wait to be reimbursed by my insurance provider. I could have also just put this hardware on a credit card if I wanted to.
As far as other reviewers go, when a large sum of money is suddenly in your bank account, maybe figure it out and don't just spend it! My insurance provider sends me an email when they make a payment to my bank account.
