“Could not recommend more highly. I came into this store about a week ago in search for some work boots. I had tried the usual suspects (Mark’s, Reddhart) and was unable to find a pair of boots that fit well, or any substantial customer service to narrow the search. I walked into RedWing and was immediately helped by Kari, who helped me find the right boot, find the right fit, and identify some issues with my gait which we addressed through a set of insoles. Now shortly after taking these boots home I realized that the fit was a bit off. They felt like a glove, but a slight physical abnormality gave me an uncomfortable point of contact. The shape of my foot is no responsibility of RedWing’s, but they order in another size and I came back to the store and was re-fitted. The end result here is a pair of boots that doesn’t fit as well as originally intended, but that needed to happen to accommodate for my foot. The service provided was exceptional, and the price point was excellent. For hardly more then a pair of offshore manufactured work boots I have a pair of American made shoes, available in a myriad of sizes, and backed by the best service available locally. Not only do they guarantee the fit, but they also provide cleaning and inspection services, laces, and a friendly face. I have already recommended this store to family, and intend on returning for more boots in the future.”
