The trainers are fantastic. Motivational and encouraging. They take the time to show you how to get a great workout .
I give 9rounds five stars they're fantastic trainers they treat the people there look as if they are family and they don't hesitate if you have a problem they tried to help you which whatever way is possible to make it easier for you but also they respect each other and us as a team as a family which is very hard to find in the gym thanks team
Such a fun workout! it does not feel like 30 min! You can come whenever you want when they are open and you are always welcomed and encouraged by the trainers working there. Highly recommend it!
I tried multiple gyms over the past few years but felt quite unwelcome at most of them - the facilities were nice, and the people working there were fine, but I felt like I was being judged by the people around me. I had enormous goals, and I tried too hard right at the beginning then ran out of energy after a few weeks and never went back. 9Round has become an important part of my life - I am greeted enthusiastically every time I walk in, and there is just this atmosphere of encouragement from the other attendees. The trainers go out of their way to learn things about me, and are genuinely interested in helping me with my goals. There are fun things going on every month - the mental aspect of it is almost bigger to me than the physical workouts. And because my head felt right, I have been able to accomplish more than I thought I would!
Great location and staff! Excellent way to get in shape! Love the workout summary
