(July 18, 2018, 8:56 pm)Heading into my second set of three months I realised how much I missed it and that taking a month off was a big mistake!
Personally, it has been good for my self esteem, my health and well-being attending Innovative Fitness here in Abbotsford, where it is the personal trainers that make it such an rewarding experience. Yes it is true, they do get to know you individually and take a personal interest in what is right for you, pushing you with a smile; I regularly leave looking like a drowned rat but know I’ve spent an hour doing something worthwhile!
I have also seen how they have helped others just wanting to improve their personal fitness or rehabilitate from an injury.
Having the opportunity to attend additional activities they offer such as hiking where your family and friends can attend with you, is also a fun way to spend some of your down time.
I’d recommend that if you’re looking for a positive personal experience, in a smaller well equipped gym, this is the place for you.

(May 9, 2018, 4:49 am)I’ve been a member at IF for 3 months now and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The Staff are always friendly, the facility is always well kept, and one on one training caters to each individual and focuses on each person’s specific goals. Yoshia and his amazing team really make this gym a fun and friendly environment to be in. Keep up the good work!
