Dr. Ashley Venier is a skillful, gentle dentist; and he is an even better human being. Thank you so much, Dr. Venier, for helping me. You are the best dentist I have ever been to.

Just completed my fourth dental appointment with Dr. Ryan Venier, since dental offices were permitted to reopen. He carries out his dental practice at Venier Dental Group in Abbotsford.

Venier Dental Group, comprised of the Dentists, Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Office Staff are well documented outstanding leaders in this profession offering the best total dental services in British Columbia. One could write pages to support this, however, I have decided to take the time to relate my experiences at this time in hopes that it may be of help to anyone who has been reluctant to attend any dental appointments outside of their homes during this current time. There is no need for delays as the safety environment at Venier Dental Group is amazing.

I am 80+, with health concerns which place me in the most vulnerable category re the COVID 19. I am a very cautious person by nature, make decisions with due considerations. With my fantastic experience in attending four appointments at the Venier Dental Group since they reopened, I felt it important to share my most positive experience so others may choose to resume their dental health in a normal manner, feeling totally secure in Venier Dental Group offices.

They have their full complement of all groups of staff on a full time basis so their is no mitigation of attention and care or undue waiting time. This allows the Venier Dental Group to carry out all protocols for safety, security from the moment you contact them until the appointment is completed. They have far exceeded, gone well beyond, any protocol levels that have been demanded by authorities at every level. I have attended medical appointments at VGH, the Pacemaker Clinic, specialists in Vancouver, medical blood testing labs, and I can emphatically state that not one of them came close to the safety protocols that are in place at Venier Dental Group. Every possible safety measure is diligently carried out by dedicated and devoted staff to ensure patient safety and that of the staff.

Their entire staff does all the work and effort to ensure the patients safety, all we, as patients have to do is follow their lead with no extra effort than a normal appointment. All the energy and work is done by the staff and diligently, cheerfully so.

All staff members of the Venier Dental Group are family members themselves with children, parents, grandparents et al, so they are just as concerned with safety protocols as we as patients are, and they do it in the most friendly and assuring spirit.

Dental health is very important to our over all total health condition. Please do not hesitate or delay, or procrastinate re continuing your normal dental care appointments due to concerns for the virus, their environment and staff have ensured the safest conditions outside of your own home. This is the safest environment away from your home by any standard.

Venier Dental Group has spared no expense to ensure our safety as their patients. It is just he way this group goes about their professional business practices. We are extremely fortunate that they have gone to this extent so we may continue with our dental health.

At my age and with my health conditions I would not take a chance with my health or life, however, with what I experienced at their offices, I am completely confident that attending appointments for any procedures is of no risk whatsoever, completely safe for my health and your health.

This is a clean, WONDERFUL dental office. We have been coming here for about 4 years. We have a lot of little teeth in our household and none of them dread going to the dentist at all. Our dentist, Dr. Ashley Venier, and the staff here are so great with them. We have seen a few of the dentists actually, and they have all been great. Our youngest is 4 and she will sit and let Dr. Venier do fillings in her mouth without any tears. My husband and I have greatly appreciated how skilled he is at doing the necessary procedures quickly and painlessly (and without those horrible rubber dams!). I have gone in for fillings pregnant, with a new baby, or when their compressor was having issues, and have still had smooth, fast !!, good experiences. We all really like the dental assistants and office staff as well. They really take the stress out of the visits. Dr. Venier's been providing care for our "no dental insurance," self-employed family of 7 without breaking the bank. We're really grateful for the kind, gentle, professional, skilled, and most importantly - honest care that we receive here. Seriously can't say enough good things about them.

Dr. Vernier is great with kids. There is no one like him. Very patient. Really knows his stuff.Great area for kids to wait and play. Very clean and very professional.
