“This was my first time in at South Fraser Dental. The staff are organized and accommodating at the counter. I've got a couple of appointments set up so I'll be updating this review soon. Reception 5 stars Technicians 5 stars Dr Larsen 5 stars Office/treatment areas 5 stars Well it's been over a year, and after several visits, I'm confirming my 5-star rating. I've been dealing exclusively with Dr David Larsen who is competent, thorough, careful with excellent communication skills. Bonus... He doesn't lean or brace himself on my face! So far I've had reconstructive work, cleanings, regular fillings and a root canal along with consultations about work by previous dentists. I have zero complaints. Reception is excellent, always friendly and trying their best to keep my costs down. (I'm a low income senior.) They always answer the phone and return calls promptly. Everyone in the whole office is always in a good mood.”

“Why do people think a big dental business that “hires” dentists is better? Dr. Chu is independent and can do it all without greed. He gave me a cheaper option to fix my cracked tooth and another time his receptionist fit me in for an emergency when my old crown came off. Dr Chu is also good at chitchat when he does the work and follows it up with good advice.”

“I just saw Dr. Hans yesterday to have FIVE teeth filled. One was potentially a root canal, but she saved my tooth ♥️ It was my second visit at her clinic and won’t be my last, I have finally found my forever dentist! I’m thrilled. I have been terrified my entire life and after my dentist who I finally was able to trust in my late teens retired I saw a lot of dentists trying to find one who really was gentle and caring and did GOOD WORK. And I am so happy to report I have finally found her after 20 years of looking lol! I tried the conscious sedation but for whatever physiological reason (too much adrenaline from fear? Idk!) it didn’t have much affect even after a second dose, I still decided to let her go ahead and try because she put me at ease and I could tell I could trust her and she cared if I was alright. She checked in throughout the whole procedure and I can tell you, she is quick and can handle a drill like it’s a feather! So, her chair side manner is lovely, she’s down to earth and puts you at ease. She’s brilliant and you can tell she knows her stuff. When I got my bill I expected my portion to break my bank and it didn’t! Reasonable rates, great quality work and I also enjoy her as a person. If you need a dentist or are not comfortable with your current one go see her. Best thing you can do for your teeth! Her staff are also all wonderful too. Lovely ladies and all sweet and so friendly. And they’re right in the middle of Abby. Easy to get to and I am just over the moon. Thank you Dr. Hans and staff ? Jessica”

He was absolutely correct in his assessment and I got the treatment I needed. I was extremely grateful for this thoughtful clinical care.
