Paragon is great to deal with. Dustin runs a stand up shop, and James is very knowledgeable and does excellent work. I brought them my 1968 Mercedes’ and they did a great job!

My windshield was serviced by the owner, sorry but can’t remember his name, but he was friendly, honest and direct. A great service and I can’t speak negatively about my experience at all. Thank you!

Went into today with rearview mirror issue, The gentlemen who greeted me was well spoken and kind, he fixed my mirror within 15 mins and didn’t even charge me! And said I could come back if any other issue and they’ll fix it.

Dustin was professional and accommodating and I will go back. I appreciated he was willing to provide a direct opinion and answer my questions.
He also went above and beyond before I had to travel on the highway. He was able to fit me in promptly for a rock chip repair and instead of just providing an opinion, opted to complete another task to make sure I felt comfortable with my car. Thank you.
