Trying to book an appointment, but no one ever answers the phones here! Frustrating! Why is the admin staff so incompetent! Please do something about the admin staff!

Edit: My mistake, I was probably calling during lunch time. Would be nice if it was indicated in the voice message what your lunch time is and to call before or after that time. When I eventually did get a hold of the receptionist, she was helpful, and she did call back the following day to follow up. Thank you.

I have been seeing Dr West since 2005 and he is one of the best doctors that I have come across here in Canada and this is why I continue to see him for all these years. He always listens to my concerns and always answers my questions and is a great help with my health and well being. If you are looking for a excellent Dr that cares about his patients, then look no further as Dr West will take great care of your health.

Saw Dr West today I like this doctor he was real fast to see me whit in 5 min wow and gave good advice thanks Dr West
