I would highly recommend anyone who needs regular medications to use this pharmacy! They are the best pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my 30-odd years of chronic illness. This includes several small town pharmacies, one that I grew up with. McCallum Pharmacy beats their service and friendliness by miles. Every single staff member knows me by name, and are always happy to see me, help me, and - when time and amount of other customers permit - inquire about how my life, health, and family are.

They always do their best to make sure I am being charged the least amount legally possible for my prescriptions. As well, they have made sure I have enrolled in all the insurance programs available, especially since I was unaware of one or two being a new resident of the province a few years ago. The pharmacists ensure there are no contraindications between my many prescriptions as well as answering any questions I have. They truly go the extra mile for their patients, figuratively and literally! Did I mention the free delivery? Hate waiting hours for Shoppers to fill your script? It takes maybe 10 minutes here. You couldn't pay me to switch pharmacies at this point.

The only possible "con" I could see people perhaps finding is the relatively small selection of over-the-counter medicines and first aid supplies. They have your basics, and then some, but not every single type of cough syrup, for example. But I hardly even view this as a negative; if I need a single thing I may grab it here, but for most things or if I need a selection thats what the grocery or drug stores that are horrible to fill prescriptions are good for!

Best Pharmacy in town. I used to go Costco but hated the wait time. Every time I needed my prescription, it takes minutes for them to process. Pharmacists and technicians are extremely friendly and understanding.

This place is exactly where I'd want my friends and family to deal with. The staff has shown time and time again to be caring and respectful. They have helped me through losing my doctor, and getting my prescriptions to me when I was unable to pick them up. Thank you guys so much for the hard, and dedicated work you do. It means a lot to have people I trust and can rely on.

Wonderful staff! Very knowledgeable and always willing to share any and all information that they have. If they don’t know the answer to your question immediately they will always point you in the right direction. So happy with the way I’ve been treated every time I’ve been there. Also, was very excited to learn that they deliver meds and have taken advantage of that option. Doesn’t matter if it’s at their storefront location or when they greet me at my home with a delivery they are always super positive and a pleasure to be around.

Truly an excellent pharmacy. The staff is very knowledgable and thorough. They take the time to understand your health concerns and then act accordingly. Their hours and convenient, and they also have an excellent selection of chocolate bars!
