Save On Cartridge Plus

My experience with Justin at Save on Cartridge Plus was a positive one. Not only does Justin know his way around computers, he provides service in an efficient, warm and friendly manner. An added bonus was the immediate service I received when I took my computer into their store. It was returned the next day! In addition, Justin also did a follow-up visit to my home to resolve some issues that I was incapable of handling. The experience with Justin was a contrast to the sluggish service (usually I was without my computer for several days) that I had for nine years with Mike’s Computers, both in Abbotsford and Chilliwack before they shuttered their doors. Thanks, Justin, for the 5-star service! You have a new customer.

Justin at this store covers his work for his products which is great. I used to go to the Langley Save On Cartridge for the last 15 years but that location sold during Covid.

They also buy old printers and fix computers.

I have been a customer of Save On Cartridge Plus for years. I have always found Justin to be knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. As well as ink and toner, I previously purchased a new laptop and a new printer from them. Recently, I inadvertently destroyed my laptop and was able to purchase a refurbished one from Justin for a very reasonable price. Furthermore, I was having issues with my Microsoft Office registration on the new laptop and Justin even took the time to "chat" with Microsoft and completely resolved my issue. I highly recommend Save On Cartridge Plus for toner, ink, computer and printer needs.

I have bought a laptop, printer & last week a Chromebook, three weeks ago my wife bought a laptop and all our computers accessories from Justin.
The prices are competitive but what we get, that I have Never found at All the big box stores, is friendly professional top notch service.
For us, this is the only place we will go to for All our computer and printing needs.
