Very clearly answered all my additional questions even though they were short staffed and near the end of thier work day. I will definitely be reaching out to this company for my personal and business needs in the future.

They will order parts for you if they don't have it, and they are generally lower cost than Amazon. I love supporting small businesses and Uptown Computers fills a niche that I was missing since we lost Mike's Computer Store. Also, they are dog friendly!

I called with a request for an old PC to run XP for a game that I want to play and even though they did not have the PC I needed they went on Google and researched programs I could use on my computer that allows me to download and play the game I wanted. They even offered for me to come in with my computer and they would get it set up and downloaded for me if I had issues :) highly recommend
