Reimer Hardwoods Ltd

Our company started dealing with Reimer about 6 months ago. They didn't know us from any other person off the street but treated us like VIP customers from the first moment we walked in the store. I reccomend them to anyone looking for hardwood and they all have the same experience. Every team member from front desk, accounting, warehouse and drivers are the nicest people you could hope to deal with. I was overcharged on my last visit by nearly $400 as a typo. They called, emailed and followed up without missing a beat. 12/10 service by a trustworthy company. Certainly a model for my own business to strive towards.

Decent selection of nice tropical hardwood in appealing darker tones.
Prices are definitely fair, and staff was very helpful, plus I had the liberty of going through timbers until I found ones that suited me.

An awesome experience! The sales rep spent quite a bit of time pricing out everything for me, and was very helpful in directing me to where I need to go and the process. Pricing was far better than some of their competitors.

I have bought wood from Reimers for my school at least one a year and most years over the past 30 years that I have been teaching in SD43. They have always been helpful and professional. Prices are competitive. selection and quality always good. And while I could purchase elsewhere I come back primarily due to the decent and hard working shipping department. Other suppliers contract out their shipping and the quality and work ethic of these drivers absolutely sucks. With Reimers i get a driver who is pleasant and supportive of kids offloading my purchase. he works with us and we have a decent experience. Bravo shippers. Keep up the good work!

As much as I love shopping for wood, I had difficulties calculating the board-foot prices. I had to talk to three people before I got an accurate price. The general manager came out who seemed to have no clue about prices and misquoted us the price by 50 extra dollars. In the end a sales representative was helpful and gave us a discount.
