Blue Lake Resort

Fantastic little oasis, quiet and serene. A bit busier over summer months but fall is a perfect time to experience one of lake cabins. Clean and cozy, just enough for two. Plus our own row boat for exploring the lake and listening to the frogs.

Some nice walking trails, a bit muddy in spots but overall a great getaway in nature.

Location is great. Beautiful little lake. Most sites are large. Some have their own private docks. We were disappointed with the washrooms and showers. The toilets are too low to the ground for tall people with knee problems and no assist bars in the stalls. Overall cleanliness was less than desirable. Shower stalls were very small, with poor facilities to keep clothes clean and dry while showering and dressing. Otherwise we enjoyed this location.

Great campground and well maintained. The beach is quite small but some sites have their own dock. The drive is exciting...especially when the road has just enough room for one vehicle pulling a trailer...try to get up there at check in time....not check out time.

We had a marvelous time!Despite the rain its was overall an wonderful family experience.
Despite some not so great reviews we thought we'd give it a shot,given it is only 2 hours away from home,And so glad we did.Staff were very friendly,helpful,welcoming,very informative,from my multiple phone inquiries and personal interaction i never felt rushed,everyone took the time to answer all of my questions patiently.Appreciate it very much!Need i say more?oh yes the VIEW,waking up every morning seeing that lake is pretty amazing,rain or shine it will take your breath away,and very reasonable pricing too,The drive up is also not bad,you just gotta take your time and do not drive like a maniac and you'll be fine.cannit wait for next summer,we will definitely be back!Thank you Blue Lake resort for an unforgettable summer.
