Quality care! Dr. Botha is the best doctor my family members and I have ever had. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and caring. The practice is run professionally, and the patients clearly come first. The pharmacy is equally professional and provides quality care.

My family was with out a Dr for a while, so when we heard that Dr Botha was taking patients we put in our application and got an appointment to meet him. We instantly felt comfortable with Dr Botha and left feeling like we had just been given the best gift, a caring Dr.!
My daughter has had some serious health issues and all through the past year during Covid, Dr Botha has been amazing, even calling her one evening to give her test results so that she could make an appt to get in and see him. He is caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. Chilliwack is so fortunate to have him, our family is fortunate to have him. Thank you Dr. Botha

He is the best family doctor that I have ever had. He actually cares and remembers details about me. He doesn't rush me out of the room after we are done the appointment instead he asks how work is, how my home life is etc. I do agree with other reviews where they say it is hard to get in touch with someone at the front desk. Maybe having another phone or phone line would be helpful. But anyways, Dr. Botha is a fantastic doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Very difficult to get in touch over the telephone. I’ve tried multiple times in one day to get threw over the phone and gotten the answering machine and they ask you don’t leave voicemails.I think they just need more phone lines or if they only have one receptionist working at a time a headset to answer phone calls while away from desk ? I’m not sure what the problem is but it’s super frustrating trying all day and ending up having to go in person to set an appointment

My 93 year old father in law & I have been to seen Dr. Botha a few times. We both really like him & have a lot of confidence in him, with his 9 years of practice in Chilliwack,B>C & 4 years in south Africa. He is new to us as our former Dr. retired. We are glad that Dr. Botha took over his practice.
