I have found Gnarly Parts a great place to shop at and they provide awesome personal service. Dave "the owner" is very knowledgeable and No part or sale is too small for them. They put in great effort each time to get me the part that's right for me, regardless of whether they would make more money by persuading me to take something similar that they may already be carrying in their onsite inventory.
I often compare their prices to what I can find on the Internet, and I find that they are always very competitive, yet I have never been asked to pay any shipping costs.
UPDATE: Last week I ordered parts that were delivered, and once installed on my bike I realized I had made a mistake as they turned out to not be what I really wanted, and Dave "the owner" allowed me to return them and gave me a 100% refund.

Great prices, great selection, and customer service helped me get the right product (I had not ordered Tusk parts before). If you're shopping during the pandemic like I am, just remember things are crazy and staffing is tough so be patient. But when I did get through I got 10/10 service.
