Great customer service and super fast!

Went in today for a windshield replacement on my truck and wasn't expecting to be able to get in right away. Brandon was on the ball and told me he could get me in as early as today. Dropped truck off at 11am and picked it up at 2pm with a complete wash on the outside!

Have needed windshields 3 or 4 times and drove in to see if they could fix a chip last week. Always the best of service, gotta like the courtesy cars and the chip repair they had time on the spot and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They have always looked after the ICBC stuff, can't get any easier, Thanks eh.

Last night, I had someone break into my vehicle for a blanket in the backseat. It did not frustrate me, because the weather has been cold and they needed the blanket more than I needed it. However, I was eager to have my window fixed. I called 3-4 places, all saying put a bag on it and wait a week till they get my glass in. Obviously, that wasn't preferred. I called Thomson, left a message and within minutes they had my part, and a courtesy vehicle so I could continue my day of work. The worker there was excellent! The speed was excellent! I am very happy with the service and would recommend them!

I never write reviews but I am so impressed by the staff at Tom Thompson Auto Glass. Friendly, courteous, professional are all applicable. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning, was provided a courtesy car and was able to pick up my vehicle by lunch time. And it was washed for me. Huge surprise that I so appreciate.
