“Well well what is happening to Swiss chalet? Last visit for first time was so disappointed with the service. Had to shout in the kitchen entrance we are waiting to be seated. Close to five minutes. So figured just an anomaly. Well again came late Sunday night. Waited for 10 minutes. Wife getting mad. So I again went to the kitchen and shouted were are waiting. FINALLY. If this kitchen continues to not welcome their guests we will stop coming. So being I love Swiss Chalet since the 1970s. I will come again for third test. Better be a home run Well food was quick and hot. So awesome job by kitchen. Update: Well Cara foods corporate really stepped up to make things right. They mentioned they will ensure the level of service is maintained at their high standards. They contacted key people to ensure we get the service as guest should. Excellent! September 2020. Well this place shut down several months now. Darn! Guess back to lougheed highway in Burnaby for Their chicken”

“This place is a gem. The decor reminds me of a homely atmosphere. My family and I enjoyed our experience here. There are plenty of seats indoor/outdoor. The servers are friendly. Food comes out hot and fast. Portions are big. Our meal was filling. Simple and hearty! My son enjoyed the view of airplanes landing. Definitely recommend this place for anyone and families.”
