When another offer showed up on the table, she worked her magic so that mine was the most appealing - without costing me more money. . She kindly made arrangements for my mom to see the property when she came in from out of town after the offer was accepted, and she made every member of my family feel welcome as a part of the process. Five years later, Catharine continues to provide welcome, but never pressuring client care, and she recently took the time to help my sister and I navigate options for our mother - even though it may not include buying a home.
