Cindy handled the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home in early 2021. She did a fabulous job working with us-hearing exactly what we were looking for (we were quite picky on a few things) and finding listings as soon as they hit the market. Due to the unique state of the market at the time, we were unable to successfully purchase a home until 2.5 months after our sale. In that time Cindy took the time to write up multiple offers for us (some even knowing that we weren’t contenders) and encouraged us that we would eventually find the perfect house for our growing family.
