Churros come piping hot and you get to choose a chocolate or caramel drizzle to go on it. The food is really filling (probably cause beans usually are) so I suggest going hungry so you don’t have to take leftovers home.”

“So happy with my nails! They said "we can do anything you like," and so I chose an intricate design for a special occasion, and I was more than happy with the results! “Not bad pub fare. My friend and I had the spicy Thai crispy shrimp special as well as the meatloaf and the steak entrees. Note: only one server, but service was decent given that fact. Went on a Thursday around 2pm. Slower, older crowd. Perfect for introverts of all ages uhhh above 19 anyway. Food portions were BIG for the price, steak could be better but it's pub food, not a steakhouse, so pretty much on par. Meatloaf was slightly better than the steak in terms of overall flavour and texture, highly recommend it. Price wise it is average, would recommend if you're in the area for a lunch.”

“**Update** I was sick and missed my appointment with Vicky last week. She told me to drop off my stuff when I felt better and she’d do it as soon as she could, as she was fully booked for the coming weeks. I dropped it all off yesterday. There was a lot to go through and the front staff told me Vicky would be able to hopefully get to it in 5-7 days. To my pleasant surprise, she called me personally this afternoon to tell me it was ready. Within 5 minutes of paying, I got a CRA email that it was already filed! All the staff at the Young Road and Vedder offices seem to be helpful and friendly but, Vicky continues to impress me every year. It’s a relief knowing exactly who to go to, and that it will be done right, and fast. I will never again have a tax year that I refer to as, “The year I didn’t see Vicky.” While hanging my head in shame. I can’t thank her enough. Can not say enough good things about Vicky C. She goes above and beyond every year for me. She’s even corrected mistakes from other people. I recommend her to everyone. Definitely an asset to H&R Block in Chilliwack.”

“I've been wanting to eat here for awhile. Just stopped in for lunch today and had a delicious meal. The fries with cheese and sweet mayo are absolutely killer! The fried chicken is crispy on the outside (even after transporting it home) and perfectly cooked on the inside. My wife's meal came with the steamed pork bun which my 2 year old daughter stole and devoured then repeatedly asked for more. We will definitely be back! Probably in a few days.”
