“I’ve been getting my lashes done for a little under 2 years and have tired several techs in my attempt to find the perfect one. The two main issues I always ran into were shedding/longevity of the lashes and achieving a super whispy cat eye look. No one, and I mean no one could give me that style, my lashes always started falling out within 24 hours and they always felt flimsy, like I was scared to brush them because they felt like they were barely on there. I’ve seen Katharine twice now and let me tell you… you do not need to look further than Perfect Lashes. She is hands down the best tech out there. My first appointment I went for a standard volume fill and they looked and felt so good! My second fill, just the other day, I showed her a picture of a super whispy cat eye and asked if she could do that. Katharine let me know it was no problem, but it would take a couple appointments since it was a fill. They look AMAZING and almost identical to the picture I showed her, even though she had to work with what was already on there. I will never go anywhere else. She is so kind, funny, professional and friendly and the atmosphere in her shop just radiates that!”

“this place was amazing! super clean and cozy on the inside and the ladies who did mine and my friends nails were fantastic. very sweet and only took an hour for mine and hers to finish. she helped me figure out exactly what i wanted and was open to change things if i didn’t like it. including the extra $5 on each hand for extras (colour on the bottoms), my nails were $75. my nails lasted 3 and a half weeks before 1 one them finally broke and i wasn’t easy on them either. all of the others were still going strong lol. half way through i just put a clear coat of nail polish on and they looked good as new. no cracks or chips. i’ll definitely be going back here. very good experience.”

“I had a last minute thought to get my nails done after dropping my child off at a birthday party. I called and they got me in for a shellac manicure. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by multiple staff. They pulled up a chair for me and gave me the colour selections. Molly was my nail tech and she was so friendly, kind and attentive. She made nice small talk but didn’t force it. The man beside her (I didn’t catch his name) was working on another client and was cracking jokes and making everyone in the salon laugh and enjoy their time. Molly did a fabulous job! My cuticles and skin around my nails were so dry, she made sure to care for them with attention and didn’t just say “good enough”. She went back multiple times during the polish to trim areas that were missed or popped up later. I am so happy with my experience. I will go back and I recommend Luna Nails to others to try out!”

“I have been a client of Neo’s for over 6 years. My hair is quite difficult to work with, as it is long, thick, and naturally curly. When somebody recommend Neo as an hair specialist, it took only one session and his work inspired me to come back time and time again, trusting only him as my hairstylist ever time. Each appointment was about 1 year apart, as the style he created each time was a variation of balayage, ombré, etc (these styles last longer) with a haircut, and yet every time I was even more impressed with the results of my hair. I would always used to joke with my family and say that no matter what tricks I tried at home, I could never achieve the softness and perfection that was achieved at this salon. It must be magic. Just recently, now with travelling abroad for the next few years, I came to Neo’s salon to have my hair styled before I go.
