I recently hired Lacey Construction for my kitchen reno. Their reno department was headed by Simon and Blaine, who did a fantastic job. I mostly worked with Blaine who was so helpful and kept me in the loop with all the details and schedules. Their trades people did such a great job as well, always on time, friendly and really easy to work with.

We met with Lacey Developments and immediately felt comfortable with Simon and appreciated his helpful suggestions and friendly manner.
Lacey’s designer Tanya helped pick out our tile. Utilizing Tanya’s expertise made the process of selecting tile a focused exercise, preventing us from being overwhelmed by the numerous choices.
The entire team, from the start to the end of the project were professional, considerate, and highly skilled. Although every person who worked on our bathroom was excellent, two people were outstanding. Drew, the tiler, did an amazing job carefully matching the tiles to create a “flow” from one tile to the next. Kevin, the on-site foreman, not only worked closely with us, keeping us informed as to the timeline, his own skills were top notch. His attention to detail and quality of work was unbelievable.
Lacey Developments is an excellent company that took our bathroom from basic builder grade to a magazine quality show piece!
