(January 21, 2019, 9:11 pm)Had the best shopping trip ever at VV in Mission! This is my favourite thrift store in town and Ashton was wonderful at helping me find everything I was looking for, she really knows the store and where everything is!
(December 12, 2018, 1:35 am)Sorry about the remark on the prices being too high, I've only just recently noticed it was another location I thought I was leaving the review for, my deepest apologies, your prices are the best I've found so far and you have a much better selection than any other stores I've been too. Very clean, well kept store, with excellent staff always willing to help. Highly reçcommended.....
(October 31, 2018, 1:14 am)I gave this Value Village 3 stars because of the wait and lack of communication with employees. A gentleman and I were waiting for an associate to open the washroom for us. I waited with him for 5 minutes, his wife came by and said your still waiting to use the bathroom. Yes, he replies. His wife was ready to go pay, so he went with her. I decided to go look for an associate to open the door for me. I had to go to cashier to find an associate, by then, the gentleman had asked an associate to open the bathroom door for him. I followed behind them. Poor guy, he must have waited like 15 minutes to use the bathroom. Not good...
