I have been to many tire shops, I have realized they all want your money .once your money is in they wont entertain you for the warranty service. Where as Michael made sure my car was safe to drive after he installed my tires. And also he was very accommodating when I said I have a vibration in my wheels due to balancing weights falling off, Cos I had to remove them to paint. “Yesterday I let Top Gun know that my RV hot water tank had burst and by the end of the day, I had hot water on demand installed in my unit. Today they replaced the cables and levers for my holding tanks. Went above and beyond and installed a water filter at my hubby's request, even provided other products for my holding tanks to lubricate seals. Before next winter I will be getting them to install skirting and we all know how hard it is to find someone that does this professionally. Top Gun will be who I call to winterize my unit this fall as they have already pointed out some things that I have missed doing that could cause damage. Competitive rates, prompt response time, friendly and knowledgeable with different options being presented for me to choice from. I have total confidence that if it has to do with my RV, I can trust them to handle it with a smile.”
