“**Update** I was sick and missed my appointment with Vicky last week. She told me to drop off my stuff when I felt better and she’d do it as soon as she could, as she was fully booked for the coming weeks. I dropped it all off yesterday. There was a lot to go through and the front staff told me Vicky would be able to hopefully get to it in 5-7 days. To my pleasant surprise, she called me personally this afternoon to tell me it was ready. Within 5 minutes of paying, I got a CRA email that it was already filed! All the staff at the Young Road and Vedder offices seem to be helpful and friendly but, Vicky continues to impress me every year. It’s a relief knowing exactly who to go to, and that it will be done right, and fast. I will never again have a tax year that I refer to as, “The year I didn’t see Vicky.” While hanging my head in shame. I can’t thank her enough. Can not say enough good things about Vicky C.
