“Fantastic Indian food! Favorite restaurant in Hope; Sakoon is a local treasure and by far the best food option for anyone traveling between Vancouver and the Interior. I'm a hungry dude who loves eating great Indian on a regular basis, and this place is the real deal. I've been here many times, and this place is always awesome! I feel a lot of the negative reviews are being way too picky or frankly trying to be negative without justification. This is authentic, delicious, down-home cooking. Solid portions. Excellent menu selection including simpler vegetarian / vegan options along with awesome meat dishes. And, of course, wonderful people and great service. Favorite dish: salmon curry!”

“Dinner services has been great and you can tell they put a lot of effort into it the meals. I had high hopes because I know of Tammy Wood from Master Chef Canada and it delivered! We had bison tacos, sirloin canapé, the elk burger and beef dip. Brunches on the other hand have been a bit disappointing because it felt like most of the foods were from the frozen section at Costco (chicken strips, hash browns)”

The service can not be excused. We were served by a lady who couldn't be bothered. It took us 20 minutes to place our order. She didn't get the order right as she missed the extra toast, butter and jam we requested for our daughter. Midway through the meal when we requested it again she told us the toast with my meal was the extra one (that's fair, eggs bendict does not come with toast). But then when I asked her for the jam and butter, she went to the table next to us which had just been vacated 5 minutes ago by a couple and not yet cleaned, got a clean plate and took the butter and jam which had been served to them as part of their meal, and brought it to us. Yes, it was in a small container, not open jam and butter, but she literally just put it in a new plate and gave it to us! I was astounded and could not find words. I gave customer service a 3, because we were also helped by a gentleman a couple of times who was very pleasant to deal with.”

I highly recommend the caramel apples, they can even cut them so they're a lot easier to eat. You can share the slices as well, if you want. 😉 You can find something for every chocolate lover. They are right on the main street and very easy to find. We will definitely be back.”

“💎Hidden Gem💎Amazing chicken that is a must try while in Harrison! We ordered the large with two flavors - white cream onion and soy garlic. It was enough for myself and two friends to eat. Generous portions and I like that it came with pickles and rice cake. My favorite was the white onion, since the sauce was slightly sweet and creamy. Also the chicken was not battered which is a nice change from other korean chicken places that typically use a lot of batter in their fried chicken. The staff was super friendly here and welcoming too. This place is definitely a hidden gem that you should check out!”

“Nice farm with some good local ice cream. A bunch of the ice cream flavors are made with their own blueberries! The adventure park for the kids is pretty small and there's not much to do. A few farm animals, a bouncy trampoline thing, and some old toys, etc. Probably not enough to keep the kids busy for more than an hour or so....that said, my 2 year old daughter still had a good time. It's very inexpensive to visit though, so it might be worth checking out.”

“Best food in town! I had the deluxe burger, bombay burger, fish and chips, caeser salad with salmon, fries and onion rings. Their fries were perfectly crisp and seasoned. Fish and chips were super crispy on the outside and pillowy soft in the inside. Bombay burger's sauce and the seasoned battered chicken was on point. The salmon on the caser salad is definitely worth mentioning. As soon as my son tried the deluxe burger automatic thumbs up were given. David provided excellent service with detailed description.He is very friendly and service was top notch. You will definitely not be disappointed. Highly recommended and will be favourite go to whenever I am at Harrison. Came back next morning as I was staying at the Spa Motel next door. You get 15% off at this restaurant if you stay at the motel. Breakfast was awesome. Eggs benedict, loaded basecamp breakfast and loaded omelette was delicious!!! Their smashed house potatos are so addicting. It makes you want to come by everyday!”

“I am in love with this farm. Not only the smell of lavenders welcome you, the owners are an amaaaaaaaaazing couple. Prices are very fair for the quality of the products. Amazing to take pictures and feel grounded with the lavender smell. They also have a suite upstairs that is suuuuuuuuuper ideal for a romantic time away. Love this place xx”
