Amazing spot. Cute little area with drive through. I got the Texas BBQ and my old lady got the chicken something.. everything was perfectly done. Seems pricey at first but the quality is excellent. Shakes weren't too sweet or too filling.
The first obvious attraction here is their 50's themed decor. You can definitely see the effort that was put into even the naming schemes of their burgers.
Everything I ordered there tasted great! From the chips, the burgers (their beef patties were really flavorful), to their milkshakes.
The owner was really friendly and personable as well! He was going around offering customers free samples of fresh milkshakes he was making, and he was more than happy to chat. It's pretty neat to see an owner who is truly passionate and proud about their craft.
Will definitely be back!
Awesome aesthetic and vibe. Good service and prices.
Had an Alberta classic. Bun was dry and didn’t seem like it was warmed or toasted at all. Was expecting “50s” style beef patty of higher quality. I could be wrong (and please correct me if I am), but it seemed precooked and had minimal sear. Did not taste fresh in any way.
Will come back to try hot dog and chicken burgers.
Mom and pop operation and super happy to see they are still going strong after so many years. Not a cheap burger but the value is worth it. Burger is huge and made with all fresh ingredients, not from frozen. Really good fries and chips as well.
Best Burger Joint in Lower Mainland. They make awesome homemade burgers, buns and potatoe chips. You can eat inside and in nice weather out front or out back where there are picnic tables and a playground for the kids. The owner is very personable and remembers what you like from times before. This is an iconic place where you might get the chance to see Hot Rods from the 50's and 60's!
