Best Western Plus Burnaby Hotel

My mother and I were treated very well. We were given an umbrella and written directions on how to get around the area.
Our room was quiet, clean and the breakfast was awesome for the 2 nights stay we had.
The White Spot was the best place to eat but not easy to get across the street at night.
Take a cab to and from Metropolis Metro town mall for the $8, it's worth it!

The staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are back from the street, so there was no traffic noise. And it is still at a great location for ease to get anywhere in Vancouver. Cleanliness was tops, and the bed and bedding was comfy!

Great hotel! Clean and comfortable, well lit and plenty of safe parking.. Lots of great restaurants within a short walking distance.
Keep your wits about you if you wander the area after dark..

Positively Surprised! At first glance we had reservations about our selection for lodging. Check-in was smooth and friendly. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The staff was fantastic. We went to breakfast the first morning and was again surprised with the selection, quality and helpful staff. Thanks go out to Cherry.
A convenient elevator helped us move our luggage up and down. The room was equipped with more than ample electronic connections. Also, they offer Seattle's Best coffee in every room.
The Skytrain is about a 15 minute walk. A great way to get to Gas Town. Clean, fast and safe.
The nearby White Spot Restaurant is a good walk to place to eat. The adjacent Asian restaurant generally serves large groups and not singles or couples.

A great hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and awesome coffee. The pool is very nice, just wish it had a hot tub on the same property. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
