FIRST ROOM WAS TOO HOT AND COULD NOT CONTROL THE HEAT.
MOVED DOWN STAIRS TO A COOLER ROOM AND NOT PROBLEM.
VERY QUITE AND GOOD LOCATION. WILL USE THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.
