Boba Time Cafe

Good location... Just a block and a bit from skytrain station. I ordered the Japanese match milk which my daughter really liked. She had the 3 topping shaved ice. It was all good and a return visit is warranted.

this place is clean, modern, and well ventilated. they have nice couches and tables for studying, and good music. I ordered a shaved ice with 4 toppings. we originally wanted to get the shaved ice to go, but they didn't have any take out containers for the shaved ice. presentation was excellent. came on a nice tray and a little bottle of condensed milk for us to add. however we found that all the toppings seem have been soaking in syrup because everything was so sweet. as the ice melted it balanced out the sweetness, making it more bearable. we didn't use much of the bottle of condensed milk. we also tried their roasted milk tea with pearls. pearls were pretty average but the tea was quite fragrant. will return for bubble tea next time. skip the shaved ice.

Ordered and enjoyed their Pearl Milk tea. Similar price to other bubble tea chains, but great portion and unique flavour to their milk tea. The cafe was very spacious and clean, looking forward to trying them again next time.

Friendly service and decor is nice. Lots of seating. First sip tastes decent but as you go through the drink it gets progressively worse. Prices are high for what you get. There's so many better options in the same area that it doesn't make sense to go here.
