Great health food store with vegan, keto and paleo food. They have lots of products on sale!

Choices stocks many hard-to-find items you need to go to multiple stores to get. For instance, they are among the few that stock Silver Hills full line of sprouted breads, including hot dog and hamburger buns, Big Red's Bread, Organic Sprouted Power Bagels, and flatbread. Nature's Path waffles, their version of "pop tarts," and the full varieties of bagged granola. A huge selection of healthier snack foods such as tortilla chips and varieties of salsa. As well they carry my favourite jam, St Dalfour Deluxe Spread, no sugar added, from France. The Black Cherry, Pineapple-Mango, Red Raspberry and Pomegranate flavours are amazing. I add a spoonful to my plain, fat free Greek yogurt to create my own "yogurt and fruit" cup. The list goes on....!

Choices is locally owned and an awesome place to shop! Seems like the employees are generally happy and knowledgeable about their department areas, and offerings. Large selection of local wholesome food. Health department is great!

Love going to this location. Easy to find everything and always have good in-store deals to find. Manager is super nice too
