Jamie goes the extra mile to ensure my Dad got the perfect hearing aid and ensured a perfect fit. He spent an hour in each of our 6 visits to fine tune the hearing aid.
One of the best customer service experience we've had. We highly recommend Jamie and his team!
(September 28, 2018, 11:16 pm)I researched for quite a bit & when I found Simply Hearing's website - I was very impressed. They provided very relevant information - which I read & they send me a follow-up e-mail.
The whole process was so easy - I could not believe the difference it made to be able to hear clearly. The staff were super professional & friendly.
I was unsure about having to wear hearing aids - But with the help I got & the easy way to put them in - made it so worthwhile

You cannot even see the hearing aids!!!! They are super small - but excellent quality!!!!
(September 11, 2018, 11:43 pm)I came in for custom earplug molding, and after speaking with Jamie for a bit, he offered me an on-the-house hearing test to alleviate some concerns I had! Extremely knowledgeable, explained everything in plain English, and definitely went above and beyond. Will be back!
(August 9, 2018, 11:34 pm)I have known Jamie for number of years, previous to meeting Jamie I used to hop from one audiologist to another and never got the feeling of connection to honest value added support.
Better hearing is more than fixed by quality of hearing but an overall sense of living better. Jamie has never disappointed me in recommendation or fixing my problems. I am one of those who is always wanting perfection and Jamie stands up to that demand with courteous and humble attitude. He will work to meet your needs while providing you a meaningful input and recommendation.
All those whom I have recommended have only good things to talk.
By the way Alysha also needs some good words too, she is quick to respond and kind to accommodate to your urgent needs of a schedule if need be.
