Dr. Parhar is honestly the greatest Dr. this world has ever known! I was so lucky to have been referred to him. People complaining about the wait times are ridiculous...this Doc is worth any wait time, though I find him very punctual. He is a busy guy who is highly skilled and he takes his time with his patients and truly cares for your wellbeing. Drs of his caliber are as rare and mythical as unicorns in this highly mechanized medical system. A proper diagnosis and a thorough assessment are well worth any extra time incurred. Thanks for everything Dr. Parhar and staff!

Excellent! Compliments on its place. My local Delta clinic would charge me CAD$220(!) for a Driver’s Medical Examination Report (DMER). My driving school recommended me to make an appointment with Core Medical Burnaby. I had to wait a few weeks but the process and service was 100%. For an amount +50% lower I was guided through the medical screening by a customer friendly nurse, I did not have to wait at all and the doctor's check was efficient and considered very professional. The clinic informs ICBC by fax and all done. If you need a DMER; drive a few extra km's and go to this place.
