(March 16, 2019, 9:04 pm)I'm glad my first gym experience began here. The equipments are always neat and clean and well maintained. Staff are cooperative and friendly, the best perks of this gym would be the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room.
(November 30, 2018, 5:45 am)Don't let the older equipment and weights fool you! The gym is great. Plenty of space, never too busy that you are waiting around for equipment. Service is amazing. It makes a huge difference when the staff greet you and acknowledge you. You will not find service like this at corporate gyms.
(November 18, 2018, 7:01 pm)Clean and comfortable facility to use. Good hours, pool and hot tub are nice. And with the steam and sauna are a great benefit for the price.
(October 24, 2018, 2:21 am)This is such a nice hidden gem. You really need to find them as you enter through an interior parking. This place is fully equiped and allows you to combine gym and pool into your training. You can ever relax in the sauna or jacuzzi afterwards. They could add a bit more classes to their offer. They still have daily classes. They just don't fit my schedule. Their staff is really nice and calls you by your name which is a great bonus !
