As a small business owner, this is very convenient as I can fit it right into my busy schedule. (November 14, 2017, 11:38 pm)I recently used Monarch to redo the carpeting in my new condo in Port Coquitlam before I move in at the end of the month. Suzanne was great in helping me sift through the overwhelming choices and explained each of their benefits to me. I left the showroom with three samples to take home to show my husband. Once signed off, Tracy called to schedule my installation. I was able to leave the carpet installer unattended for a few hours - it took way less time than I thought it would - and came back to a beautifully installed carpet. It looks and feels great!
I was so impressed by Monarch Floor & Window Coverings that the bedroom I was going to re-carpet in some years time, has now been scheduled for next week!
