Had an issue with some transport damage to a fridge, PSB replaced the damaged panels, and their repairman was very pleasant and professional.
My parts arrived, they were the exact Parts I wanted. They didn't gouge me on price I think I spoke to was quick efficient and honest. I hope my Appliance never breaks down again but if it does I know I can get reliable service from these guys.
After a very upsetting experience due to computer glitch, they went above and beyond to fix the issue with my blomberg fridge and the overall experience. From assisting over the phone to stopping in to see the issue with the fridge, they did not disappoint. I went from very unhappy to very satisfied. Michelle is amazing.
